Overview

Our vehicle return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your payment, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the vehicle must be in the same condition as delivered, without additional mileage beyond reasonable test-driving, and must include all original documents (registration, title, inspection certificates).

Please note: vehicles that have been registered, used beyond test drive limits, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Vehicles that have been registered in the buyer’s name.

  • Vehicles with more than 200 km driven post-delivery.

  • Custom-imported vehicles (ordered specifically for you).

  • Digital services like VIN reports or vehicle history checks.

  • Financing fees and registration costs.

  • Accessories or parts installed after purchase.

To complete your return, you will need your purchase invoice and vehicle documents.

Please do not attempt to return the vehicle to the manufacturer or brand showroom. All returns must go through HC Trading.


Refunds

Once your returned vehicle is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then, contact your credit card provider — refunds may take time to post.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time.

Sale Vehicles

Vehicles sold at discounted rates or through special promotional offers are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace or exchange vehicles if they are defective, misrepresented, or damaged during shipping.

Shipping Returns

To return your vehicle, please arrange shipping to:

  • Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning vehicles.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • For high-value vehicle returns, we recommend using an insured, trackable transport service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned vehicle without proper shipping records.
